Salman Khan seems impressed with the public as he shares pictures of empty streets in Mumbai, says 'thank you for understanding the gravity of the situation' As the whole world is struggling with the outbreak of the pandemic, everyone is staying inside their houses in order to reduce the spread of the virus. While some people are still stepping out despite several warnings, others are acting as responsible citizens and following the government's rules. On Thursday evening when Salman Khan stepped out of his house for an emergency, he saw empty streets on the way. Impressed with the view and the people of Mumbai, Salman decided to take pictures of it and shared it on his social media. Salman shared two pictures, one is of an empty street, and the other one is of a graveyard. Sharing the post, the actor wrote, "Wah! Thank u for listening and understanding the gravity of this situation the country is in. God bless and protect each n every 1. #IndiaFightsCorona.”

The number of people getting the COVID-19 virus is continuously increasing in the country. There are some reports which suggest the extension of the 21-days lockdown as well. In the capital itself, there are more than 600 positive cases of Coronavirus. In order to help the common man, many Bollywood celebrities have stepped in to contribute to their relief. SalmanKhan alone has taken the responsibility of 25000 daily wage workers and is transferring money in their accounts and helping them. A source told a leading daily, "We have started the process from Tuesday. We will be given sufficient money to workers monthly, we will also give money next month and if the situation is still the same, we will continue to financially help the worker still it doesn’t return to normalcy."
