Koratty in grip of Nipah fear: When the Nipah fear spreads in the districts of Ernakulam and Thrissur, the border region Koratty is fighting the same panic. The presence of bats in large numbers in the densely populated areas along the National Highway is the reason for this fear. The locals demanded the intervention of the State Government to remove the fear of the spread of Nipah virus.
