Actor Suniel Shetty recently shared who were the most influential people in his life who left the greatest impact on him and changed his perspective. In a note posted on LinkedIn, Suniel mentioned that the people who have been the greatest influence in his life are like his teachers. And he said they helped him change the way he looked at life at the beginning of his professional career. He also talked about the most crucial choices in life. One of those choices could be the choice of gurus or heroes whose journeys we’d like to emulate.
Among the few people he mentioned in his note, Suniel Shetty mentioned veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan, also his co-actor in a few films. Suniel revealed that Amitabh has always been the first to wish him his birthday at midnight. He stated, "He may not turn up for every celebration, but he has a way of making sure he’s there for you during hard times. He’s built a legacy that no one else ever will. They don’t make men like him anymore."
Suniel and Amitabh have shared screen space in films like Darna Zaroori Hai and Kaante. Shootouts at Lokhandwala and Paheli are other examples. Suniel also mentioned his cousin Sudhir Shetty, martial arts guru Sensei Pervez Mistry, and Sunil Gavaskar as the other big influences in his life.
In the end, Suniel concluded his note by advising them to seek good in others and wisely choose the people you look up to during their formative years. He can be seen as ACP Vikram in the action-thriller Hunter on Amazon mini tv. He also has the upcoming installment of the Hera Pheri franchise in the pipeline.
