In Mumbai, Sonam Kapoor welcomed the newborn, while Neetu Kapoor congratulated Anil and Sunita Kapoor on their new role as grandparents. "On 20.08.2022, we welcomed our beautiful baby boy with bowed heads and open hearts. Thank you to all the doctors, nurses, friends and family who have supported us on this journey. It's only the beginning but we know our lives are forever changed."
While Sonam spent the majority of her pregnancy with Anand Ahuja in London, she had lately returned to the city to enjoy time with her family. They also organized a magnificent baby shower for the actress, which was attended by several Bollywood celebrities who came to wish the couple luck and good health.
Sonam Kapoor also disclosed on social media that she and her husband Anand Ahuja had traveled to Europe for a babymoon prior to the birth of the child. In fact, the actress' London pals and her sister Rhea Kapoor in the England capital organized yet another baby shower a few months ago. Leo Kalyan, a worldwide performer, performed at the intimate brunch-style event that had stylish décor and styling.
