Shah Rukh Khan hints that Raju Hirani is the director of his next film, in a recent Twitter interaction

It has been more than one and a half years since we saw Shah Rukh Khan last time on the big screen. The actor was last seen in the film Zero, which got released in 2018. After that, he didn't act in a single film. Forget about acting, he didn't even sign a single film till now. There are many directors' names that popped up over the months but the actor didn't finalize any project yet. However, the actor has today hinted that he is doing his next film with Rajkumar Hirani. The actor has revealed the news in a recent Twitter chat.

Shah Rukh conducted a Twitter interaction earlier today. During the interaction, one of his followers asked, "#AskSRK which director you would love to work with? Martin Scorsese or Chris Nolan?" Immediately, Shah Rukh replied, "Wow both are awesome and I have met them...but Raju Apna Sa Lagta hai...Nahi?" With this comment, Shah Rukh has hinted that his next film is with the star director. The news is doing rounds on social media from the last few months. Now, Shah Rukh made it quite clear with this tweet. However, the actor didn't make any official announcement. We have to wait for a few more days to get an official word. Raju Hirani is one of the successful directors in the industry who scored many blockbusters like the Munnabhai series, 3 idiots, PK and Sanju. Thus, the combination of Shah Rukh and Hirani is now raising the expectations among the audiences.
