Samantha's Look As A Spy From Citadel Released

After a long gap due to being diagnosed with Myositis, actress Samantha is now back on sets. She is currently taking part in the shoot of her upcoming project, Citadel, directed by Raj and DK. Citadel is a web series inspired by a Hollywood web series of the same name, directed by the famous Russo brothers. Samantha can be seen as a spy in this first look, where she can be sporting a denim jacket and sunglasses. She looks stylish and absolutely perfect as a spy. Citadel marks the second collaboration between Samantha and Raj and DK, after the second season of The Family Man. The second season of The Family Man became a grand success, with Samantha even winning several awards for her performance in the series.

The actress will resume shooting for her film with Vijay Deverakonda, Kushi, directed by Shiva Nirvana, after this. She is expected to resume shooting for Kushi from March 1st week. The movie's shoot was stalled after she was diagnosed with Myositis. On the other hand, Samantha is also gearing up for the release of her upcoming film, Shaakuntalam, directed by Gunasekhar. The film was supposed to have released on February 17th, but got postponed due to issues with the Hindi version's release. Samantha will be seen in the titular role in the film. There are good expectations on this film, which is based on the timeless love epic written by famous Telugu poet Kalidasa. Malayalam actor Dev Mohan will be making his Tollywood debut with the film.
