After the debacle of Disco Raja, Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja is eyeing to score that much-needed blockbuster with his upcoming film Krack. This action drama is being directed by Gopichand Malineni.
Currently, Gopichand Malineni is in the music sittings with his composer S. Thaman and lyricist Ramajogaiah Sastry. The trio went to Tirupati a couple of days back and are on the works of this film's album since then. Looks like a good album is shaping up and Sastry has taken on Twitter to inform the same. He tweeted, "Kraackkk... Kirraack album shaping up @RaviTeja_offl@shrutihaasan@megopichand@TagoreMadhu @MusicThaman." Thaman, who is high on the success of his recent chartbuster album Ala...Vaikunthapurramuloo is looking forward to scoring another hit with Krack.
Krack features Shruti Haasan as the female lead. This is her second film with both Gopichand Malineni and Ravi Teja. Three of them worked together earlier for the movie Balupu. Thaman was the composer for that film as well. Touted to be a cop action drama based on real-life incidents, this film features Tamil actors Samuthirakani and Varalaxmi Sharathkumar in the other important roles. Krack is being produced by Tagore Madhu. It will hit the screens worldwide on May 8. Stay tuned for more updates on it.
