Mahesh Bhatt gives the nod to direct his next venture Sadak2, a sequel to cult classic movie Sadak. It is also said that Pooja Bhatt and Sanjay Dutt the original pair of Sadak movie to reunite for this film. The brand new Jodi to cast in Sadak2 will be Alia Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapur. Sisters Pooja Bhatt and Alia Bhatt for the first time to share screen space with this movie.

As reported earlier Alia Bhatt's one of her ultimate wishes to act in her father Mahesh Bhatt's direction now it sees the reality as she will be playing a female lead in the movie Sadak and also sharing screen space with her sister Pooja Bhatt for the first time. Sanjay Dutt who is very near and dear with Bhatt's family and back to reunite with Bhatt's camp after almost 23 years. He worked with them for the movie Gumrah after that movie he became very close to Bhatt's family. Aditya Roy Kapur after his biggest hit Aashiqui2, now he be will be doing a movie for Vishesh Films.
