Pizza 3: The Mummy Gears Up To Hit Screens This November

It is well known that actor Ashwin Kakumanu is portraying the title character in Pizza 3: The Mummy. It is the debut film by director Mohan Govind. Pavithrah Marimuthu will play the female lead of the movie. She is famous for her role in the Arulnithi film Diary. The movie's teaser was initially posted in October of last year. The producers have now officially confirmed that the movie will be released in theatres in November of 2022. The thriller was originally scheduled to hit theatres in March 2021. But it was delayed by COVID-related restrictions. Key characters in the movie are played by Kaali Venkat, Gaurav Narayanan, and Raveena Daha, among others.

Director Gaurav Narayanan plays the role of Inspector Prem Kumar, a police officer. The teaser gave viewers a preview of the third instalment of the popular "Pizza" series. CV Kumar had also stated that it will feature edge-of-the-seat moments. The movie will be free of the clichés one frequently finds in horror movies. It was shot in and around Chennai. Interestingly, all three instalments of the Pizza franchise was helmed by debutant filmmakers. The first film, Pizza, gave the career of Karthik Subbaraj. Pizza 2: The Villa was directed by debutant Deepan Chakravarthy. Now, another debutant is ready with Pizza 3.
