Actress Nayanthara is now busy promoting her latest for the release, Connect. The movie "Connect," is directed by Ashwin Saravanan. It was released on December 22 in theatres. The movie was released to decent to good reviews. The movie reportedly satisfied audiences who love horror thrillers. General audiences complained about the film’s lack of novelty. However, the short runtime and the effective scares in the film have worked in the film’s favour.

 
The movie connect has collected around 6 crores from the first six days of theatrical run. Connect is also facing decent competition from Vishal’s cop-thriller Laththi. It has collected 6.6 crores worldwide. 5.75 of the entire collection is from Tamil Nadu.
 
The film Connect has a 22 crores budget total. In Tamil Nadu, Connect's number of screens increased after the first day. Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, it will be shown on 250 screens. If Connect generates 35 crores in revenue globally, it will be a success. The number of screens in Tamil Nadu has increased for the film.
 
Attempts have been made by director Ashwin Saravanan to continue his legacy. He tried to replicate the sensations he provided in movies like Maya and Game Over. The spectator's heart would skip a beat as a result of the effort he took. The cinematography and soundtrack are the most crucial aspects of the movie.
 
Nayanthara and filmmaker Ashwin Saravanan have worked together on two movies. They previously worked on the horror film "Maya," while "Connect" is made by Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan under their own brand. Nayanthara recently appeared in the Malayalam movie "Gold". She will soon return to the set to make her Bollywood debut movie, "Jawan," with Shah Rukh Khan.
