Director Krishna Vamshi has teamed up with his close friend Prakash Raj for an exciting project titled Rangamarthanda. The film is the remake of Marathi movie Natasamrat. Nana Patekar played the lead role in the original version and Prakash Raj now reprises the role in Telugu. Ramya Krishnan plays his wife.

Interestingly, Rahul Sipligunj is on board for the movie where he makes his debut as an actor. The buzz is that Shivatmika Rajasekhar who recently made a debut with Dorasani plays a crucial role. Ali Reza who also shot to fame with Bigg Boss is also on board for the movie.
