For the next thriller film Ram, director Jeethu Joseph and Malayalam actor Mohanlal have reunited. Since it was revealed that the movie will be split into two parts, a lot of anticipation has been generated around it. The Mohanlal opener will begin filming shortly, according to the most recent information regarding the movie. Reports state that Ram's first half would start filming in the middle of August. The squad intends to start a huge schedule that will last for two months in Paris and London. An official statement from the creators is yet awaiting.

After the box office success of the "Drishyam" series and "12th Man," Mohanlal and Jeethu Joseph have now worked together on four projects.
Mohanlal will star in the upcoming thriller 'Alone' in the meanwhile. The movie, directed by Shaji Kailas, is the pair's first collaboration in 12 years. The action drama Barroz: Guardian of D'Gama's Treasure, in which he will also soon make his directing debut, is an adventure story. The actor is also collaborating on the sequel to Lucifer 2 with Prithviraj Sukumaran.
