Kajal Aggarwal has been ruling the South Indian film industry for more than a decade. She acted in many blockbusters, alongside many star heroes in all these years. Meanwhile, Kajal is also popular in Bollywood for acting in films like Singham and Special 26. But, things are not going well for this actress over the past couple of years.
None of her films is working out well at the box-office. Last year, Kajal came up with the films Sita and Ranarangam which remained as disasters. In Tamil, she found a respite by the success of Comali. Now, she has signed another Tamil film. In a recent interview, Kajal revealed that she will be acting in a Tamil film in which Dulquer Salmaan will play the lead role. This will be the first film in the combination of both Dulquer and Kajal. The actress said that she is pretty excited to share the screen space with Malayalam superstar.
Apart from this project, Kajal is acting in Kamal Haasan's Indian 2, in which she is playing the role of an 85-year-old woman. The actress planned to produce a film under Prasanth Varma's direction, a couple of months back. But the project got dropped due to some issues in the script. Kajal stated that she has no plans of producing films anytime soon.
