Harish Shankar releases the first look poster of female-oriented psychological thriller Madha

The advent of technology, change in the mindset of audience and multiple ways of releasing the film, have paved a path for new-age filmmaking in Telugu cinema. Sri Vidya Basawa, a self-made filmmaker from Hyderabad, directed an independent film called Madha. After touring around many film festivals and winning many awards, this film is all set for a theatrical release on March 13. Star director Harish Shankar revealed the first look poster of this film. He will be presenting it across the Telugu states.

Harish got associated with producer SM Koneru to release Madha. SM Koneru has earlier produced the film 118 and is currently bankrolling Keerthy Suresh's Miss India. Madha is a riveting psychological thriller which will revolve around the life of a young woman. Harish has revealed the news by tweeting, "Proud to be associated with this marvellous work by a female director @srividyabasawa along with my friend ⁦@smkoneru more power to the team #womenpower !!!!" Thanking him for the support, Sri Vidya replied, "Thank you so much for all the support and encouragement sir.. can't ask for more.. @harish2you @smkoneru." Indira Basawa has bankrolled this film under the banner Third Eye Productions. Abhiraj Nayar has handled the cinematography and Naresh Kumaran has composed the music for this film. Prashanth Sagar Atluri has penned the script of Madha. More details on the film's release will get announced soon. Watch this space for more updates on it. On the other side, the fans are putting pressure on Harish Shankar to unveil the details of the project that he is doing with Pawan Kalyan. Mythri Movie Makers is the production house bankrolling the film. More details on the film will come out soon.
