Speaking at the Bimbisara movie trailer launch event, Kalyan Ram said that the Bimbisara movie would be a four-part franchise. If everything goes well, there is a possibility that NTR will act on it. He said that the audience loves films with socio-fantasy elements. Nandamuri Kalyan Ram plays the role of King Bimbisara, who ruled over the Trigartala Empire in the 5th century BC, and the modern incarnation of the king in the film.
Kalyan Ram said Bimbisara would release on August 5. He thanked the actors who had worked on the movie. The actor said he expected full blessings from the audience.
