Very rarely do we see the senior actors coming forward and talking about the films. Now, we have senior actress Annapurna talking about the movies. Senior actress Annapurna is going to play the lead role in the upcoming movie 'Annapurnamma Gari Manavadu'. Master Ravi Teja is playing the titular role whereas Narra Siva Nageswara Rao aka Sivanagulu is helming this project.
MNR Chowdary is bankrolling this project. The movie is gearing up for March 20th release. Talking at the movie event, Annapurna stated that everyone in the industry treated her with respect and always greeted her with a smile on their face. "From 6 years old to 60 years old, everyone recognizes me. What more Award do I need," says Annapurna. Talking about the film, she stated that it is a complete family film without any love or rape scenes. "Coming to the story, a kid comes to my house saying that he will work. But because of the complaints from other family members, I will send him away. Then I learn that he is my own grandson. How I found him again forms the rest of the story," added Annapurna.
She added that the director has showcased the beauty of the villages in the film. Known actors like Jamuna, Sudha, Baladitya, Rachana, Banerjee, Raghu Babu, Jeeva, Harsha etc are playing crucial roles in this movie. Annapurna also added that she is also going to be a part of some web series.
