During the 4th episode of the new season of Bigg Boss Hindi, Bigg boss asked the members of the winning team to pick a queen unanimously. As the hospital task continued in full swing, the team members swapped the role of doctors and patients. Team B, that included Devoleena Bhattacharjee and Shefali Bagga among others emerged victorious. Following which, Bigg boss announced that the winning team needed to come on a decision and name someone the queen. All the team members voted for Devoleena except Shefali. Who in a surprise twist voted for herself.
Later even after much discussion as the team wasn't able to solve the issue, Bigg boss intervened. Calling off the task. Announcing that there will be no queen at all this week and thus no special rations. Leaving the rest of the house contestants angry and irritated with Shefali's behavior.
Devoleena was even seen in tears later and called Shefali a "clever vixen." Rashamai Desai came to console Devoleena later.
A little before this, another incident occurred. Aarti Singh while playing the role of the doctor gave it back to Shefali Bagga who had earlier insulted Aarti with deeply personal comments. Siddharth Shukla also engaged in a verbal fight with Shefali. Almost reflecting the entire house's feelings for Shefali and her behaviour.
