Boney Kapoor seems to be securing the remake rights of several films. From doing PInk and Article 15 to now securing the remake rights of Valee, he has done it all. Directed by SJ Suryah, Valee featured Ajith in two rules. Now, we hear that the producer and director will battle it out in the court. In an interview with The Times of India, a source close to SJ Suryah said, "Vaalee is a film that is dear to SJ Suryah because it was his debut film and gave him his big break in the industry. He is keen on remaking the film in Hindi, and starring in it as well unless Ajith wants to act in it. This is why he filed a case to stop Boney Kapoor from remaking the film. However, while the case is still on, the court had recently passed a separate interim order allowing the producer to start work on his Hindi remake. It is this order that SJ Suryah is planning to challenge in the Supreme Court.”
