Radhika is an actress who is well known to the Malayalam movie audience with Lal Jose's Classmates. Radhika is settled there after marrying Abhil Krishna who works in Dubai. Radhika aka Anju is making her film debut with the film Vietnam Colony. Later in 2006, Radhika won the hearts of the audience with the Laljos film Classmates. Radhika played Narayan's heroine Razia in this film.
After a long break, Radhika returned to cinema in 2000 with Rajasena's Darling Darling. Radhika also played Jayasuriya's heroine in Changathipoocha. Radhika has also acted in Mayamohini in Ghost House in Twenty Twenty. Radhika's latest release is the Manju Warrier starrer Ayesha.
Radhika is playing Gaddama in the film. Radhika has shared the experience of acting with Manju for the first time in an interview given to the media. She says, 'Actually I haven't even thought about these years.' 'Vietnam Colony was when I was in the fourth grade. I did all my favorite movies in the ones I searched for later. The happiness was that people liked all those characters.' 'I am a believer that every type of career has its ups and downs. I have never felt sad that I didn't get a character like Razia later.'
'After marriage, to tell the truth, I have not missed movies. I am enjoying life. When Ayesha was doing a movie, all the crew members would ask why you didn't do the movie for so long, didn't you miss the movie and so on. But I didn't miss the movie.' 'Maybe because I took a break at every stage of the film, this small gap didn't feel like a gap to me. And I have not done any interviews, self-promotion etc. No one has been bothered by asking for an opportunity.'
'Movies may have decreased due to such reasons. The occasional gaps in the film are not deliberate. It often happens.' 'Such breaks happen. Because people don't approach good projects or because they don't get emotionally attached to the characters they give.' 'Ayesha came to me like a mission. The full shoot of that film was in Dubai. I loved it when the people of that film called me and told me about the character.'
Moreover, Manju feels lucky to do a character through out with Chechi. Classmates is the movie that made me Razia. A lot of people still don't know my name. The people who see them come running near calling Razia.' 'Somehow this happens everywhere. People recognize and approach me by the name Razia. Then some people will ask if her name is Gopika.' "Recently, during the shooting of Ayesha's movie, Manju and I went shopping together, and some people came to take pictures with us. They also know Razia. But I don't know my real name.'
They asked if her name was Gopika. Then Manju Chechi, standing next to her, jokingly held it and said it was the same. I take this in jest. This is the reason why I even had to add the name Razia to my Instagram public profile.' 'I'm not one to go by expectations. I live in what happens now. Everything came as ordered. I like to believe they are all God-given.' Radhika said, 'And because my partner is cool, we are always going around and enjoying life here,' concludes the actor.
