Veteran actor Moushumi Chatterjee recently talked about her career in a Lehren interview. Known for her work in Hindi and Bengali films, the Balika Badhu actor shared her thoughts on Mahesh Bhatt's comment that she would become pregnant when her career took off. She corrected Bhatt, saying that it added colors to her life. She said that she never felt any pressure to choose between her career and family.

 
Moushumi Chatterjee's professional approach to her work is well documented. She had come to the film industry with the intention of focusing only on her acting. She said that she never formed any relationships. She was asked about her decision to leave the film Desh Premi and whether it affected her equation with Amitabh Bachchan. She revealed that actor Manoj Kumar was upset with her because she got pregnant during Roti Kapda Aur Makaan.
