Salman Khan has portrayed the character of an elder brother who is not in favor of the idea of marriage in his latest film, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. Although the film is not inspired by his real life, there are certain things in it that point toward his personal life. The Bollywood superstar is still unmarried. During the movie's promotion, he jokingly remarked that his brothers, Arbaaz Khan and Sohail Khan, did not pay heed to his advice when it came to marriage, alluding to their respective divorces. Directed by Farhad Samji, the movie features Raghav Juyal, Jassie Gill, and Siddharth Nigam as Salman's younger brothers. His siblings urge him to tie the knot so they can also settle down with their respective partners, but Bhaijaan's perspective changes after he falls in love with a woman played by Pooja Hegde.
On The Kapil Sharma Show, the host, Kapil Sharma, inquired about the parallels between Salman's real and reel life. He asked Salman whether his brothers ever complained that he never listened to them, while he was listening to others. In response, Salman quipped that his brothers never listened to him instead, but they are listening now. A video clip from the show has been making rounds on Reddit.
Arbaaz was previously married to actor Malaika Arora for 19 years before their divorce in 2017. They share a son named Arhaan Khan, who is currently studying in the US. Similarly, Sohail, Salman's younger brother, tied the knot with Seema Sajdeh in 1998, but they got divorced in 2022. They have two sons, Nirvan and Yohan.
While Salman has dated several models and actresses in the past, he remains unmarried. He has expressed his desire to have children, but due to the laws in India, he has not been able to do so. Nevertheless, he is a loving uncle to his seven nieces and nephews.
Fans can catch Salman Khan in his upcoming film, Tiger 3, alongside Katrina Kaif. The movie is slated to release later this year, and Shah Rukh Khan is expected to make a cameo appearance as Pathaan.
