In a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, actress Rakul Preet Singh talked about her most recent movie, Cuttputlli. The actress talked about her first time working with Akshay Kumar. She also gives briefings for her forthcoming movies. The rapid-fire round, but, uncovered a tonne of unexpected facts about Singh.
It's interesting that the Sardar Ka Grandson actor was asked to describe what rom-coms make her think about. I love rom-coms, she quickly stated in the answer. She continued by saying, “people just think that it's out but I think we stem from love”. A strong romantic comedy may connect with the audience, she said in her conclusion.
The Shimla Mirchi actress admitted she enjoys crime thrillers like Cuttputlli as the rapid-fire round went on. To bolster her decision, she added, “it just keeps you on the edge of the seat and you don't know what's going to happen next in a [thriller] film.” She was also asked to share her thought on OTT. Giving a brief answer the actress asserted, “a new platform it's a new space for us to enjoy and I think it still has an equally large reach”.
The 31-year-old actress is presently preparing for her upcoming film Thank God on the career front. Ajay Devgn and Sidharth Malhotra are also included in the comedy-drama. It was directed by Indra Kumar. Rakul disclosed that the movie was created in the "Munnabhai meets Oh My God realm" during her discussion of it with Bollywood Hungama.
