Rakul Preet Singh Question For More Than 5 Hours By ED In Drug Case

In the last week of August, the Enforcement Directorate had sent notices of summoning to 12 Telugu film celebrities. The list includes some famous names including Rana Daggubati, Rakul Preet Singh, Puri Jagannadh, Ravi Teja, Mumaith Khan, and Charmme Kaur, among others. On September 3, Rakul Preet Singh appeared before the Enforcement Directorate in relation to a drugs and money laundering case. On Friday, September 3, she was questioned for more than five hours. Earlier, Rakul was interrogated by the Narcotics Control Bureau after Sushant Singh Rajput's death. Reportedly, Rana and Rakul were present at a party where drugs were distributed.

Rakul, Rana, and several other celebrities have been called in as the witness. They have not been included in the charge sheet yet. During the interrogation, she was asked about her connection with a person named Kevin. She also brought her financial statements along with her chartered accountants to explain her transactions. Earlier, director Puri Jagannadh and actress-producer Charmme Kaur were summoned in regards to the case. While Puri Jagannadh was questioned for nearly 10 hours, Charmme was questioned for nearly eight hours.
