Rajamouli stays tight-lipped on the release date of RRR; Dilemma surrounds the release of the film yet again

SS Rajamouli is one of the sensational filmmakers in the Indian film industry. Having made his debut as a director with the film Student No. 1, the director witnessed a huge spike in his stardom and success, which is not an overnight gift. Rajamouli worked so hard to earn a big name in the movie industry. From time to time, Rajamouli has overcome criticism and improved his craft to tell better stories. With the film Baahubali, the director has reached new heights and he shot to fame at the International level as well. There are high expectations for the director's next movie RRR. Jr NTR and Ram Charan play the lead roles in the movie. Interestingly, the film's director Rajamouli has fallen into a dilemma about the release date.

Initially, the makers announced the film's release during Summer this year. But then, they postponed the release of the film to January next year. According to the official announcement, the film releases on January 8th, 2021. But now, there may be a postponement of the release of the movie. Rajamouli will have no other option than to postpone the film if the lockdown extends further. The makers are preparing themselves for the same. Considering the break and the amount of work that came to a pause, it is not possible for the makers to bring the movie for a release for Sankranthi, next year.
