Young Rebel Star Prabhas who became a pan Indian with upcoming the success of SS Rajamouli's 'Baahubali' franchise recently came up with a spy action entertainer titled 'Saaho' under the direction of Sujeeth. Saaho carried a lot of expectations at the box-office but the fans did not enjoy the film. Prabhas suffered his biggest flop in his career with Saaho. But, things did not change and he is still the successful hero of Tollywood. The craze for the actor is still there in Bollywood and other industries.
Touted to be a high budget movie, the expectations are sky-high on this film. Despite getting released amid high expectations, the movie received disaster talk on the first day. However, the film has succeeded in recording more than 400 crores gross collections. Amazon Prime has bought the digital rights of the film by paying a whopping amount of 100 crores. As per the latest reports, the satellite rights of this film in other languages got sold for fancy prices as well. It seems like a popular Telugu channel has got the satellite rights of 'Saaho' for 20 crores.
As the entire country is in lockdown due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the movies are recording high TRPs. Even the recently premiered 'Sarileru Neekevvaru' got the highest TRP ratings. We have to wait and see how much TRP 'Saaho' going to record.
On the work front, after Saaho, Prabhas will act in a film, directed by Radha Krishna Kumar. More details about the film will come out soon.
