Neha Kakkar responds to the backlash she received for her song O Sajna, a cover of Falguni Pathak's song Maine Payal Hai Chhankai, by presenting a message to people who are making fun of her.
Neha Kakkar recently made headlines after releasing her most recent song, "O Sajna," a cover of the classic song Maine Payal Hai Chhankai by dandiya queen Falguni Pathak. Along with receiving a ton of criticisms on social media for her performance of this song, Falguni Pathak has also voiced her discontent with Neha. Falguni said that O Sajna's creators had not contacted her. Neha Kakkar has since responded in a cryptic Instagram post to all of the criticism she has received.
Neha Kakkar sent a message for people who are "unhappy" to see her joyful and successful, even though her posts didn't directly address the controversy. “
Neha added, “And for those who’re sooo unhappy seeing me HAPPY and SUCCESSFUL, I feel sorry for them. Bechaare… Plz keep commenting. I won’t even delete them. Coz I know and everybody knows what NEHA KAKKAR is! If talking in such a manner, saying such bad things about me, abusing me.. makes them feel good and if they think it will ruin my day. Then I’m sorry to inform them that I’m too blessed to have bad days. This God’s child is always happy cause God himself is keeping me happy", in addition to posting a message for trolls.
Falguni Pathak expressed her reaction to Neha Kakkar's song O Sajna and expressed her willingness to pursue legal action, although the rights aren't hers. Priyank Sharma and Dhanashree Verma are featured in Neha Kakkar's music video O Sajna.
