Nazriya Nazim opens up on her role in Trance; says everything about the role has appealed her to do it

After marrying Fahadh Faasil, Nazriya took a break from films and finally made her re-entry with the 2018 film Koode. After that, she was not seen for the next two years and was recently seen in the film Trance. Nazriya Nazim played the female lead in Trance which got directed by Anwar Rasheed. Fahadh Faasil played the lead role in this movie. In spite of its controversial content, Trance is being received well by the audiences and is running successfully at the theatres. Speaking about the success, Nazriya said that everything about her role in the film has appealed to her to do it.

Nazriya played the role of an aspiring actress who had an abusive relationship, alcohol addict and a chain smoker. She has never done such a role before. Thus, everything about the character appealed Nazriya to do it. The actress said that she wanted to get prepared for the role as she just can't fake it like an alcoholic or a chain smoker without any preparations. She has also taken care of the appearance of the film. All those preparations have helped Nazriya to prep up for the film. Nazriya initially had a lot of concerns before accepting the role in the film Trance. But, she slowly came to terms with it and played the character, Esther. It surely will remain a special one in her career. Currently, the actress is yet to sign her next project and is only enjoying the success of Trance.
