Nandamuri Balakrishna, who was most recently seen in 'Akhanda,' has teamed up with famous filmmaker Gopichand Malineni for his next film, named 'Veera Simha Reddy.' According to sources, Balakrishna will play two characters in the film. The film represented Balakrishna and Gopichand's debut collaboration.

 
According to insiders, the actor would portray two characters, one as a group leader and the other as his son. This is Balakrishna's 107th film, and it is reported to be quite unusual and unique in comparison to his previous efforts. According to reports, the plot centres around people from a faction family. However, no official news about the narrative or the lead actor's dual role has been released.
 
'Veera Simha Reddy' is produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar under Mythri Movie Makers. S Thaman will compose the soundtrack, while actress Shruti Haasan will portray the main heroine opposite Balayya. Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Honey Rose, Duniya Vijay, P. Ravi Shankar, Lal, and Chandrika Ravi are among the other cast members. Rishi Punjabi, the cinematographer, and Navin Nooli, the editor, are among the technical staff members. This film's lines are being written by Sai Madhav Burra and will be released in theatres in January 2023.
