Kaduva, the mass action movie directed by Shaji Kailas is all set to release. Prithviraj plays the lead role in the film Kaduva. Vivek Oberoi will play the villain in Shaji Kailas' return after a long hiatus.
Recently, it was reported that Mohanlal will be making a guest appearance in the film. But Prithviraj has now stated that he does not know how such news came about and there is no such a guest role. His response was to Mathrubhumi.com.
“I do not know how it came to be. There is no such guest role in the film. As an actor in Kaduva, a filmmaker, and above all a film lover, I have a great desire to see this film succeed. Because the success of this film will inspire Malayalam to make more Mass Action Entertainers. The film is set on a large canvas. Mostly shot in Pala, Erattupetta and Vandiperiyar areas. As it is a story set in 1990, the entire Kottayam District Jail needed that look. For that, a set of district jails was constructed in a four and a half-acre area in Ernakulam;” said Prithviraj.
Prithviraj also spoke about the long-awaited movie Aadujeevitham by Blessy.
“All the foreign shooting of the movie' Aadujeevitham’ has completed. This time we went to Algeria for filming. We spent 40-45 days in the Sahara desert filming. We had gone with precise planning. It was the same before. But Covid's problems made things worse. This time when the shooting was over, my wife and daughter came there. I wanted to show them all those places;” Prithviraj added.
Kaduva will also mark as a Malayalam movie starring Vivek Oberoi after Lucifer. Prithviraj Productions and Listin Stephen's Magic Frames produce the film. The film Kaduva is all set to release on June 30.
