Thanks to Covid, so many films have been kept on hold and were not finding release dates until now. So, close to eight films have lined up for release in Telugu. Some of the noted films are Oorvashivo Raksashivo featuring Allu Sirish, Like Share, and Subscribe featuring Santosh Shhoban, Bomma Blockbuster, and Banaras.
Apart from the ones said above, two more films Tagged Le and Aaksam are all set for release tomorrow. But sadly, none of the films have excited the audience. The proof of it is the advance bookings for these films which are quite low on day one of the releases in both the Telugu states.
In a way, the Kannada hit, Kantara is having more bookings than all these films combined. Kantara is going well with each passing day and has made big money for the producers in the days to come. The film has crossed 300 crores gross worldwide and is a lottery for the makers.
On the other hand, the above said low-budget films are also quite key for many involved. Allu Sirish is making a comeback after a long time and has pinned all his hopes on Oorvashivo Raksashivo. Similarly, Like Share and Subscribe's success will take the popularity of Santosh Shoban and heroine Faria Abdullah to the next level.
Lastly, the young hero, Nandu is looking for that one hit for a long time but that is not happening. This film is key for him now. But sadly, his film or the other release has no buzz in them and will not attract the audience in any which way unless their word of mouth is good.
