Radikaa Sarathkumar has begun filming for Chandramukhi 2, which stars Lawrence. Raghava Lawrence recently received blessings from Superstar Rajinikanth who starred in Chandramukhi 1 before beginning filming. Vadivelu, who played a comic role in the first film, will also appear in the sequel.
Radikaa shared a video of Vadivelu recreating his comic scene from Thalapathy Vijay's 'Sura,' which was shot on the sets of the film. She stated in her post, "He has entertained & made so many of us happy with his extraordinary presence in movies. He recreates the famous scene! Guess which famous movie scene was in?" Vadivelu recreates the scene in the video, while Radikaa and Lawrence laugh heartily.
A sequel to the mega-blockbuster 'Chandramukhi,' produced by Lyca Productions, is in the works, and director P Vasu, who directed the original, is also directing the sequel.
The team started the schedule in Mysore, and the shooting has been going well. MM Keeravani, composer for 'Baahubali' and 'RRR,' will compose the music. The horror comedy's camera will be handled by RD Rajasekar, and the artwork will be handled by Thotta Tharani.
