Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo Movie is the first South Indian film to achieve the feat on Gaana

There is no denying in saying that the music played a very important role in the success of Ala Vaikunthapurramloo. The songs of this film have not broken the records only on Youtube but also on various other music platforms. According to Gaana, this is the first South Indian album to cross 100 million streams on their platform. Elated with this, music director Thaman has thanked the whole team of the film and the audiences as well.

"Ala Vaikunthapurramloo has become the first south album to cross 100 million streams on Gaana! Thank you for showing so much love.," tweeted Gaana's official handle the other day. Responding to this, Thaman replied, "Happy to hear this for team @gaana #AlaVaikunthapuramulooalbum #avpl100millionganna." Right from Samajavaragamana, every song in this film made a huge mark in the music industry. They are topping the charts for the last six months. Songs like Butta Bomma, Ramulo Ramula, and Sitharala Sirapadu have also broken many records on all the music platforms. Starring Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde in the lead roles, Ala...Vaikunthapurramulo got helmed by Trivikram. The film, which got released during Sankranthi, went on to become a non-Baahubali industry hit of Tollywood. Allu Aravind and S. Radhakrishna have jointly bankrolled this project. Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo theatrical run also came to an end now. The film unit is happy with the collection that the film generated at the box-office. Withstanding a tough competition from other films during Sankranthi, Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo emerged as a winner.
