Mumbai Police Summons Binoy To Appear Within 3 Days For Interrogation
The Mumbai police has directed Binoy Kodiyeri, son of CPM state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan, to appear before them for interrogation in connection with the rape case filed against him by a Bihari woman, within three days. It is also learnt that Binoy is trying to secure anticipatory bail. On a complaint by the woman, Mumbai police are collecting evidences. The police will examine the digital evidences she claims to possess. The documents she submitted include WhatsApp messages, photos and other evidences. Earlier, the woman had claimed that she possess evidences that substantiate their relationship. As there is a dispute over the fatherhood of her child, the police may also go for a DNA test.
