New Delhi: The CPM released the election manifesto in which the party proposed a statutory minimum wage of Rs.18000 per month for the employees. CPM General Secretary Sitaram Yechury said that the aim of the party is to establish a secular democratic Government in the center. He also said that the primary goal is to defeat the BJP in the upcoming polls.
