Fans of the DC comics can no longer wait for Wonder Woman to return to the big screen once again. This is Diana Prince aka Wonder Woman's second solo outing on the big screening. The character was introduced to the DC cinematic universe with an appearance in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice.
Now Wonder Woman 1984 is just a month away from release. The film dropped a stunning new poster last night which features Gal Gadot in the Golden Age armor. The poster is a delight to the eyes of many fans. Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman sits in the middle of the poster adorning her new Armor. The poster is also full of poster colors in the background.
The new Armor that Wonder Woman can be seen wearing is also from the comics. Wonder Woman rarely wears the Armor as it signifies imminent danger and a large-scale threat.
Patty Jenkins has directed Wonder Woman 1984. The film stars Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman herself. Aside from the titular character, the film stars Pedro Pascal as Maxwell Lord and Kristen Wig as Cheetah. Cheetah and Lord are the film's main villains pulled out straight from the comics. The film also sees the return of Chris Pine as Steve Trevor. Many fans have speculated that Maxwell Lord is behind Trevor's mysterious return. Trevor previously sacrificed himself in the first Wonder Woman film. It will be interesting to see how the film deals with the return of a supposedly dead character.
