Dia Mirza is a former beauty queen who is now an actor and an environmental activist. She has long fought for the public and the government to be aware of ecological and climatic changes. In reality, Dia has been very outspoken in calling attention to problems that have arisen as a result of environmental neglect. Dia recently discussed why she believes politicians and the general public are least concerned about the ecology and climate.
When questioned why individuals would rather discuss duplicate topics than the ecology and climate throughout the chat. She said “It shocks me every day that people are least concerned about the environment. Especially because the climate is not a part of mainstream media. It isn’t featured as prominently as it needs to. I do not know how many times Delhi has been ranked as the most polluted city. That is the capital of our country, and it is the world’s most polluted city. It means living in that city and breathing that air is toxic, harmful, and life-threatening. Not enough attention is paid to such things. not enough is spoken about it.”
After taking a break from the movie industry to become a mother, Dia Mirza is now back at work. Dia doesn't appear very eager to make a comeback to the big screen right now, preferring to enjoy her job as a mother.
