Vikram's Cobra movie team back to Chennai

We had reported that Chiyaan Vikram has been shooting for his upcoming film Cobra, directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu. The makers had wrapped up the majority of the filming in Chennai last year. Recently, the entire team of Cobra including Chiyaan Vikram went to Russia to complete the rest of the film. According to the recent reports, the shooting of the film in Russia has been wrapped up. After completing the Russia schedule, the team of Cobra returned to Chennai. Director Ajay Gnanamuthu took to social media to reveal that he has completed the Russia schedule and is back in Chennai.

Ajay Gnanamuthu also appreciated his team who worked in Russia braving the extreme cold conditions with much vigour. After returning to Chennai, Chiyaan Vikram will begin shooting for his upcoming film titled Chiyaan 60, directed by Karthik Subbaraj. Cobra features Vikram, former Indian cricketer Irfan Pathan and KGF heroine Srinidhi Shetty in the lead roles. Cobra has music scored by AR Rahman. Cobra, which is produced by Seven Screen Studio, is expected to release in theatres this summer. An official announcement will follow soon.
