Vijay Deverakonda traveled to Thailand to learn mixed martial arts for his upcoming film

Vijay Deverakonda and filmmaker Puri Jagannadh’s VD10 will be financed by Bollywood director-producer Karan Johar under Dharma Productions, and by Charmme Kaur under the banner PuriConnects.

 
Taran Adarsh took to Twitter to share the news on his official account. In a clip shared by Taran, we can see the film crew and makers state that the film has gone on floors starting today in Mumbai post a puja ceremony.
 
Adarsh also tweeted about film’s lead Vijay going to Thailand to learn martial arts for the film. The tweet read, “Karan Johar - Puri Jagannadh film: #VijayDeverakonda flew to #Thailand to learn mixed martial arts and other fight forms for this role... Costars #RamyaKrishnan and #RonitRoy... The title is not finalized yet. #VD10 #PJ37 #VdPjShootBegins.”
 
The upcoming film will see Ramya Krishnan, Ronit Roy, Vishu Reddy, Aali, and Getup Srinu in titular roles.
 
Meanwhile, Vijay will also feature in Valentine's Day release World Famous Lover and is also busy shooting for Kranthi Madhav’s directorial which is still untitled.
