Fans have been awaiting Sara Ali Khan and Vicky Kaushal's on-screen chemistry since their movie was revealed since it will be their first time working together. The film, which is being labeled as a romantic comedy, will be produced by Dinesh Vijan and will be helmed by Laxman Utekar. The pair revealed the first image from their next project in January of this year when they made the schedule wrap announcement.
The Love Aaj Kal actress recently recalled her happy times with Vicky Kaushal in an interview with Elle India, saying, "He let me in on the fact that he used to be nicknamed 'Bicky' in Punjab so, of course, I used to shout out, 'Oye Bicky, oye' from across the room." Working with Vicky Kaushal was wonderful; he's such a talented man and he's so easy going that working with him is a lot of fun, remarked Sara when discussing her experience working with Kaushal.
Sara's most recent on-screen appearance was in Atrangi Re with Akshay Kumar and Dhanush. Her acting in the movie received a lot of positive feedback from the audience. Along with Vikrant Massey and Chitrangada Singh, she will next be seen in Gaslight, which will be directed by Pawan Kirpalani.
Vicky will next be seen in Govinda Naam Mera, which also stars Kiara Advani and Bhumi Pednekar. He also has the untitled film by Laxman Utekar starring Sara Ali Khan and the Triptii Dimri and Ammy Virk-starring directorial by Anand Tiwari. The actor's other film is Sam Bahadur, that co-stars Sanya Malhotra and Fatima Sana Shaikh in the major role.
