Vasudev Sanal's new film Andhakara has started shooting. This is after the film Haya, which gained attention by analysing contemporary issues through a campus setting. Chanthu Nath, a prominent young actor, plays the central role in the film. Divya Pillai is the heroine of the film. Director Vasudev Sanal said that this film is in the dark thriller genre.
The film kicked off in Aluva, with producer Sajid Ahmed Ghafoor performing the switch-on ceremony in a simple ceremony. Screenwriters Arjun Shankar and Prashant Natesan gave the first clap. Ajeesha Prabhakar, who became famous with "Thingalazhcha Nischayam," acted in the first shot. Manohar Narayanan is the cinematographer of the film. Arun Muralidharan has composed the music for the film.
The film is being produced by Zajeer Ahmed Ghafoor under the banner of HC Productions. Dheeraj Senni.
