Varun Dhawan Reveals Details About Web Series With Samantha Ruth Prabhu

Varun Dhawan has committed to his first OTT project, the suspenseful series "Citadel," which also stars Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The Russo Brothers' international series, which is being adapted for the Indian market by Raj and DK, is a spy thriller series.

Varun had previously revealed that he had worked with Samantha Ruth Prabhu, saying, "Right now, I’m going to be shooting something which I will announce very soon. I will start something on December 7. Now that you all don’t know what it is. Oh man, I reveal everything," the actor had joked, "We should talk about this later," when pressed further about his OTT debut. In addition to this, Varun is working with director Aneez Bazmee. Varun had told a news portal that “I have been wanting to work with Anees Sir for a long time. I admire him. We have been talking for a long time to do a film together. Hopefully, it should happen in some time”. Varun is rumored to be planning another significant reveal over the upcoming month. "On December 7th, I will begin something new, which will be announced soon." Currently enjoying the success of his most recent film, "Bhediya," is Varun Dhawan. This horror movie, directed by Amar Kaushik, also has Kriti Sanon, Deepak Dobriyal, and Abhishek Banerjee in significant parts. "Bhediya" has earned Rs 30 crore net after four days in theatres.
