Actor Prakash Raj recently discussed his experiences working with actor Vijay in an interview with a national English media outlet. When asked about his part in "Varisu," the actor reportedly claimed he couldn't discuss the plot at this time and that he and Vijay will be collaborating on screen again in 12 years. In the movie "Gilli," Prakash Raj portrayed an adversary opposing Vijay. In "Varisu," the pair is back together on screen after a decade.
In the interview, Prakash Raj mentioned that it had been a long time since he had collaborated with his Chellam (Vijay). Because it was the actor's preferred term for his fellow cast members in "Gilli," Prakash Raj referred to Vijay as Chellam when speaking to him. He apparently also said that the movie "Varisu" will be entertaining.
