Vaashi is a movie directed by Vishnu G Raghav with Tovino Thomas and Keerthi Suresh in the lead roles. The movie will hit theaters on June 17.
Keerthi won the National Film Award for Best Actress for her performance in the Telugu film Mahanadi. Keerthi talks about the question asked by her father Suresh Kumar after the premiere show of the film. The actor revealed this in an interview regarding the promotion of Vaashi.
“After seeing the film in Hyderabad, when I asked my mother how the film was, she said,' No problem, I do not know if you did it like everyone else. It was like a scare. If you were a father, you did well, but will the film be a hit or a documentary?” said Keerthi. Keerthi adds that her father and mother were happy when the film was later released.
Suresh Kumar's Revathi Kalamandir produce the film Vaashi. Menaka Suresh and Revathi Suresh are co-producers. The film is distributed by Urvashi Theaters and Remya Movies. The story is by Janice Chacko Simon.
Robbie Varghese Raj does the camera and Mahesh Narayanan does the editing. The music is composed by Kailas Menon. The songs of the film are composed by Vinayak Sasikumar. The costume designer is Divya George.
