The trailer of the film, which tells the story of eight-year-old Kalyani, is sure to fill the audience with curiosity. Child actor Devananda plays the titular character in the film.
The film is produced by Anton Joseph's An Mega Media and Venu Kunnapilli's Kavya Film Company. Vishnu Sasishankar is the son of director Sasishankar, who made films like, Kunjikoonan, and Mr. Butler. The editing of the film is being done by Vishnu. Abhilash Pillai wrote the film Malikappuram. This is a screenplay by Abhilash Pillai after Patham Valavu, Night Drive, and Kadavar. Apart from Unnimukundan, Indrans, Manoj K. Jayan, Saiju Kurup, also play lead roles in the film.
