Trisha Krishnan, who will be featured in Mani Ratnam's 'Ponniyin Selvan I' alongside Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, has spoken highly of her Bollywood co-star. In an interview with a news outlet, the actress claimed they had the opportunity to meet and engage on the first day of the production. Trisha further stated that the Bollywood actress is stunning on the inside and out. Aishwarya and Trisha are not meant to like each other in the film. However, the women got along great off-screen on the set. In fact, because he can't have such friendship in his scenes, the director would walk over and stop them from talking too much.

Trisha also praised Aishwarya for her command of the Tamil language. According to the actress, anyone who has worked with the Bollywood star would agree that she is one of the most hardworking actresses in the industry. The film will be released in Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, and Malayalam on September 30.
