After Mammootty and Mohanlal, actor Tovino Thomas gets UAE Golden Visa. The UAE government has granted Tovino a golden visa for 10 years.
Tovino arrived in the UAE yesterday to receive the Golden Visa. Tovino received the Golden Visa from the Dubai Immigration Department.
Mohanlal and Mammootty arrived in Dubai last week to receive their Golden Visas. The visas were handed over by the chairman of the Abu Dhabi Economic Community, Mohammed Ali Al Sherofa Al Hamadi.
Golden visas are issued to individuals by the UAE government based on their contributions in various fields. This is the first time that Malayalam film stars get a Golden Visa.
They are the first Malayalam actors to receive a Golden Visa, a long-stay visa from the UAE. Both are issued visas for a period of 10 years. In 2020, Mohanlal had set up his own house in Dubai.
Mammootty arrived in Dubai last day to attend a wedding and receive the golden visa. Meanwhile, Tovino was last seen in Rohith V S’ ‘Kala: The unwanted'. He also has a hand full of films in his kitty. The actor is currently waiting for the release of the film Minnal Murali. Minnal Murali is director Basil Joseph's second film featuring Tovino in the lead role after Godha. Tovino will play a lead role in the upcoming film Kurup. He also has films like Anweshippin Kandethum, 2043ft in production.
