The Kapil Sharma Show: New episodes to start airing from today as Sonu Sood arrives as the first guest post lockdown

As the phase of Unlock 3 has begun from today, more and more shows and movies have resumed shooting. Talking about Hindi television, the popular comedy shows The Kapil Sharma Show is all set to start airing its fresh episodes from today. As their first guest on the show post lockdown, Sonu Sood will be seen gracing the show. On bringing Sonu as the guest, the host Kapil Sharma told a leading daily, "The episode with Sonu paaji was different from other shoots as it’s more like our tribute to him and with a dose of laughter."

Kapil also revealed that in the future episodes the audience can also see his wife Ginni Chatrath gracing the show. “In fact, I’ve heard that parents get even busier when the child starts walking. But sometime in the future, we’d like to do an episode with Ginny too, ” said Sharma. He also talked about his daughter Anaayra and said, "I canned back-to-back episodes in December as a result of which I didn’t get much time with her. Anayra was three months old when the lockdown was imposed. One needs to find happiness in all situations." Adding further, "Films are not releasing theatrically right now, so actors won’t come often. But, we have done an episode with Archanaji’s (judge Puran Singh) husband, Parmeet Sethi, Kiku’s (Sharda) wife Priyanka and Krushna’s (Abhishek) wife, Kashmira.
