We are nearing the celebrations of Sankranthi and the Tollywood films are also gearing up for a big clash at the box office. This year, four films are prepping up for the clash and they are Darbar, Sarileru Neekevvaru, Ala...Vaikunthapurramuloo and Entha Manchivadavura. Out of these, the first three are big-budget films featuring star heroes while the last one is a relatively small budget film, featuring Nandamuri Kalyan Ram.
Many people have apparently suggested the makers of Entha Manchivaadavuraa, to plan the release on some other time, instead of Sankranthi. But the team is so confident about the success that they wanted to hit the screens during this festive season only. In an interview, director Satish Vegesna said that the Sankranthi season is like a carnival. There will be many rides at the carnival. Even though people will be very enthusiastic to ride a giant wheel, they will also try out the small rides as well. He added that they are like small rides that can grab the attention of the audiences.
Earlier, the director released his film Shatamanam Bhavati during Sankranthi, amidst big releases and emerged as a winner out of them. He also won a national award for that movie. Now, he is pinning hopes on Entha Manchivadavura to repeat the same feat.
