Thala Ajith's fans have been waiting with bated breath to see their star on the big screen. This has made Ajith's die-hard fans jump up in joy. Only recently, producer Boney Kapoor took to social media to announce the film's release date. According to his Twitter post, Valimai with the theatres worldwide on Pongal 2022. As of now, Valimai will have a solo release during Pongal. No other big-ticket films have announced the release dates as of now.

While the fans are celebrating the announcement of the release dates, the Valimai team gifted another update for them. On September 23, the first glimpse of Valimai was unveiled. In the promo, Thala Ajith looks spectacular and is seen performing some high-octane stunt sequences. We can also see Kartikeya Gummakonda giving tough competition to Ajith in the film. Some thrilling stunt sequences have gotten Ajith's fans excited. Valimai is a cop drama directed by H Vinoth. The film also stars Huma Qureshi, Yogi Babu, and Sumitra in important roles.
