In the Sarvesh Mewara-directed film, Kangana Ranaut portrays Tejas Gill, an Indian Air Force pilot. The most recent information on that front is that the team is working hard to finish their job and that the movie will be ready for a summer release.
The development was confirmed by insiders of the movie, who also said, "The Aircraft dog fights and VFX are taking time but by next mid-year, the team is excited to present the world-class air combats.” The sources also included, "Survesh Mewara, the director, is working nonstop to meet the VFX requirements for the upcoming summer release. Kangana Ranaut greeted all of our Air Warriors on her Instagram story today in honour of Air Force Day".
The actress is currently preoccupied with the filming of her upcoming independent film Emergency, in which she portrays the former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. Taking place in the 1970s, the movie is a historical political drama. Under her production company Manikarnika films, Kangana is not only acting in the movie but also directing and producing it.
